About Jamie

I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Oregon when I was 11 years old. After high school, I returned to California to attend Westmont College in beautiful Montecito, where I earned a double major in Business/Economics and Psychology in 1993. Not long after graduating, I found my true passion in real estate and earned my real estate license in 1996.

For the past 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people buy and sell homes throughout the Santa Barbara area. What I love most about real estate is that every client and every story is unique. Whether someone is buying their very first home, searching for their forever home, or preparing to sell a place filled with years of memories, I truly value being part of such an important chapter in their lives.

My goal is always to make the process feel smooth, informed, and as stress-free as possible. I understand that buying or selling a home can bring excitement, uncertainty, and a lot of emotions, which is why I focus on clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and being available every step of the way. I believe that listening carefully and building genuine relationships with my clients is just as important as negotiating contracts and understanding the market.

Over the years, my team and I have also gained extensive experience appraising Santa Barbara homes, giving us valuable insight when it comes to pricing properties accurately and strategically. We take pride in thoroughly researching the market and helping our clients make confident decisions.
